About Ocode

Organization for Community Development (OCODE) is a grassroots national non-governmental organization that works to improve lives of less privileged Tanzanians. It was established in 1999 and registered in 2003 under the Society Ordinance Act of 1954 and complied with the NGO Act of 2002 in March 2011. Our focus is on supporting and facilitating communities realize quality and basic education for children, improved community livelihood and youth empowerment.
