We work with community to realize their capacities in development. We work as a catalyst by challenging traditional practices, beliefs, and attitudes which are hindrances to achieving their potentials and available resources and opportunities which they seize to prosper. In everything we do we require their meaningful participation right from conceiving ideas to contribute resources required to realize preferred ends.
