EDUCATION PROGRAM

Organization for Community Development (OCODE) implements Education programs in Public schools in economically less privileged communities by supporting and facilitating the realization of quality Basic Primary education (including Early Child Care Development) in Public schools in economically less privileged communities.

The programme focused in the following areas:

1. Improving learning and teaching environment
2. Improving teachers’ pedagogy skills through capacity building of new teaching innovations and approach.
3. Promoting Inclusive education through awareness creation and advocacy.
4. Promoting environmental conservation and child protection as cross cutting issues.

Currently, Organization for Community Development (OCODE) under partnership with Stromme Foundation East Africa (SFEA), is implementing Education programs at 4 primary schools (Kibwegere, Malambamawili, Goba, and Kiluvya) in Ubungo Municipality in Dar es Salaam- Tanzania, beginning 2019 to 2023.
