Education Programs

Supports availability of basic schools facilities, improving school infrastructure, subject knowledge and pedagogical skills development for teachers, participation of parents, improvement in school governance, and promotion of gender and child rights in schools and communities.

We support and facilitate the realization of quality basic primary education (including early child care development) in public schools in economically less privileged communities by ensuring the availability of basic school facilities, improved school infrastructure, training in subject knowledge and pedagogical skills development for teachers. We also promote the participation of parents in children learning, and improvement in school governance. Child rights, gender, health and environment are crosscutting issues integrated into the program. In the end, we aspire to see the improved educational achievement of supported children.
